The bond and connection you share with your dog is like no other and it’s a feeling you will always want to remember.
The touch of their fur, their soft wet nose and they way their puppy dog eyes look at you.
When working with animals you always have to be prepared for the unexpected and on occasions we might not get the exact shots we wanted first time round. Don’t worry, patience is key, we all have our off days and in this instance we simply rearrange and try again.
Knowing how much my husband loves his “man’s best friend” the idea of getting a professional photo of Henry was perfect.
Jo was amazingly patient with my lively labradoodle, and knew all the tricks as to how to get him to pose without causing any stress. Meeting us in his usual environment, Jo was able to take the time to capture the moment that really reflects our dogs character.Jo West
Jo has captured the essence of our 4 year old Borzoi, Sandy. A dog with a laid back friendly nature, at ease with herself, her surroundings and everyone.
Specifically, being a dog that accompanied the Czars, Jo’s portrait brings out the ‘regal’ in her.
As well as a skilled photographer, Jo obviously has the knack of empathasing with her sitters to bring out their best qualities.Brian Kelvin
